Fall Harvest Retreat
w/ Aarona Pichinson & Kelly Dwyer

Join Aarona and Kelly for a
fun-filled weekend of Yoga, Hiking and Apple Picking in the exquisite
Berkshire Mountains. This is the time of year for beautiful fall
colors on the leaves, crisp coolness in the air, and apples!
Friday eve: We leave
NYC and travel to our rustic retreat center in Western Massachusetts.
Settle in, breath some fresh air, and join us for an opening ceremony and meditation.
Saturday: After a peaceful
night of sleep, stroll through the changing leaves and singing birds to
the charming sky-lit barn for a delicious morning dose of yoga. After,
relax in a hammock and enjoy the clean air or explore the surrounding
grounds for a mini hike. In the afternoon, we'll take in the colorful
scenery as you try your hand at apple picking - right from the trees!
Late
afternoon, it's back to the barn for another juicy yoga session!
Saturday we dine together over a healthy and delicious meal right in
Racebrooks lovely enclosed porch. After, freshen up and meet us in the barn for an evening of music, chilling, and the apple challenge!
Sunday: Start the day
with a playful tag-team yoga class with Aarona & Kelly, and then we're off
for a gorgeous hike deep in the lushness of the surrounding grounds. Fueled by this spirit-filled weekend, you will
return to your daily routine with grace, ease and happy lungs and feet!
